My name is Akinola Oluseyi. I am a year one Master’s degree student at the Department of Computer Science, Redeemers’ University, Ede, Osun-State. The course, Internet Technology (CSC828) is one of the electives I offered as part of my course work to be able to fulfill the requirements for the award of the degree. The course was taught by our amiable Dr. Adepoju. The course detailed the genesis of the internet through these years to Computer Networks and properties, topology to commercial development of Internet and email services as well as the world wide web (WWW) era. Furthermore, the course touched on internet standards and specifications, key organization that are involved in internet standardization. The lecture then moved to the study of web servers and designing to WWW programming using HTML, CSS and how to add multimedia features to the WWW. Finally, we studied internet architecture and protocols and later moved to internet security. In conclusion, the course lecturer handled the course professionally and taught it very well. This webpage designing is part of the course evaluation. I am happy to be part of the class.
